To prepare for change, it is important to brainstorm ideas - usually there are
dozens of homegrown ideas waiting for an opportunity to be supported.
We help clients document their ideas for change. We utilize tools such as
focused questionnaires, direct interviews & field visits to get a reality check
on the current state of things. Sometimes, we perform a "Day in the Life"
evaluation to determine how operations management time is actually spent.
Once the improvement ideas are known, we work collaboratively with the client
team to prioritize the top opportunities for more in-depth analysis, including
quantifying the costs & benefits. These analyses lead to the creation of
action plans for the most valuable ideas.
