OpEx Forecast Modeling
An operating cost model has been developed using our extensive database
with peer selection criteria to find those fields that are most like the fields
planned for "green field" development. The model is capable of providing
total fixed and variable operating cost by year, to predict operating costs
through project life, and can identify Leader group performance based on using a
selected group of similar fields. This model has been used for onshore and
offshore assets, including heavy oil operations in Venezuela and India.
