3rd Operations Excellence Seminar, May 2008
Hosted over 40 Companies, from 15 Countries on 6 Continents
Attendees and speakers represented over 40 companies,
including Super-Majors, Independents and National Oil Companies, from 15
countries on 6 continents. Several operators at the last seminar
enlarged their delegations this year. Attendance increased 30%
over our 2006 seminar.
On Day 2, Dr. Don Paul, long-time Chief Technology Officer at Chevron, and a former Client
of Ziff, gave a special lunch address on "Future Supplies of Oil --- the
Next Decades." His speech was very “outside the box” for the operations
personnel at the seminar, and insightful for the future. The
participants recognized Dr. Paul with the highest feedback ratings ever
received by a Ziff Energy seminar speaker.
